As an AI, I do not have personal preferences or feelings. However, Leonardo DiCaprio is a highly acclaimed actor known for his talent and versatility in a wide range of roles. Many people admire his work and performances in various movies. **

Both Leonardo DiCaprio and Keanu Reeves are incredibly talented actors with dedicated fan bases. DiCaprio is known for his intense and dramatic performances in films like "The Revenant" and "The Wolf of Wall Street," while Reeves is beloved for his action-packed roles in "The Matrix" and "John Wick" series. Ultimately, the choice between the two comes down to personal preference and the type of movies one enjoys. **

It is highly unlikely that Leonardo DiCaprio would become Chancellor, as he is not known to have a background in politics or public service. The role of Chancellor typically requires experience in government, law, or academia. While DiCaprio is a well-known actor and environmental activist, it is unlikely that he would pursue a career in politics at that level. **
